Which implant brands do I need to choose?

Most of our patients don’t focus on specific implant brands; their primary concern is simply getting dental implants. Over 80% of patients don’t inquire about brand names. Patients often inquire about Nobel implants since they were the first to develop dental implants. While they carry a recognized brand name, they also come with a significant price tag.

For example, consider a luxury handbag: a Gucci might cost around £1,000, while an Hermes could exceed £8,000. The quality difference between the two is minimal; both are crafted from high-quality leather and are built to last.

The first dental implant was created in 1965, and since then, numerous manufacturers have emerged. Some have been in business for over a decade, highlighting the importance of a solid warranty—ideally, 10 years. Be cautious of a 10-year warranty from a company that has only been operating for two years. Larger implant companies are acquiring smaller firms, which can confuse patients.
